Data protection – Information clause
In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (Official Journal of the European Union, L 119, 4 May 2016), we inform you that:

3. Your personal data will be processed for:
- performance of the contract – in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR),
- sending marketing content – in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator,
- establishing contact – in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator,
- testing the quality of the provided services – in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator (business performance analysis) or on the basis of the consent given after the end of the contract – in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR,
- analysis and statistics carried out – in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – analysis of business performance,
- ensure the safety and security of property – in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- implementation of the provision of insurance cover in accordance with the GTCU – in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- the possible investigation of claims or defence against claims on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest in accordance with the applicable national law, in particular the Civil Code – in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
4. The receivers of your personal data will be:
- entities entitled to obtain your personal data by law,
- entities entrusted by the Company with the processing of your personal data; your personal data may be disclosed to: our partners, distributors, carriers – i.e. companies with whom we cooperate by bundling products or services. Your data may also be accessed by our subcontractors (processors), e.g. accounting, legal, IT, marketing, email handling, hosting, hotels,
- banks – with regard to payment processing,
- postal operators and courier services,
5. Your personal data will be stored for the entire duration of the contract or, where the basis for the processing of personal data was consent, until revoked. This period may be extended if it is necessary for the Administrator to investigate claims or defend against claims,
6. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, and you have the right to data portability,
7. You have the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw,
8. The provision of personal data to the extent necessary for the conclusion of the contract is mandatory. In other cases, it is voluntary.
